Welcome to LocalPal (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://localpal.travel (the “Site”) and any services offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To request or offer assistance, you must register and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Booking, Fees, and Payments

LocalPal connects tourists with local intermediaries for on-demand, personalized assistance. Fees for each service are set by the local provider and paid at time of service via the Site’s supported payment methods (Visa, MasterCard). LocalPal collects a service commission (percentage displayed at checkout). By providing payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for illegal or harmful activities. Prohibited behavior includes fraud, harassment, interference with the Site, or deployment of bots or scraping tools.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content is owned or licensed by LocalPal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPal disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall LocalPal be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
