How to Request a Refund
To request a full refund, please contact our support team at support@localpal.travel within 7 days of your service date. Include your booking details and a brief explanation of your request.
Provider Cancellations
If a provider cancels your service, we will automatically issue a full refund and notify you. We also offer assistance to find an alternative LocalPal if available.
Dispute Resolution
For any disputes regarding refunds, please reach out to our support email above. We aim to resolve all requests within 3 business days.
